Wendi's program is designed with specificity in mind. With the Army Physical Fitness test right around the corner, Wendi began working with Buit-By-Brook to increase her strength and stamina. With her sights set on a PT test coming in September of 2018, Wendi reached out and Brook designed a program specific to the test's standards and they have seen exponential progress since the beginning of the program in June of 2018.

"Brook is an exceptional trainer and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. Brook was a trainer at the bootcamp I began attending with a friend. I was nervous as I hadn't worked out in a long time and was not comfortable in a group setting. Brook helped alleviate fear and was a constant encourager when I felt like I couldn't do something. The bootcamp was a good way for me get a jumpstart on my fitness, but after awhile it no longer fit my needs. I have low back issues and some of the bootcamp exercises were not beneficial for me and the limited class times were difficult for me to make.

As a single parent and student I need to be able to workout at a variety of times, so transtioning to Brook's online traing program made sense. BROOK'S ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM IS AWESOME! Her programming and attention to specific needs are amazing. She frequently checks in to see how the program is going and if anything needs to be changed.
