Values and Ventures...

My dreams are becoming my realities one day at a time. I constantly live in a state of life that makes me equal parts fearful and elated. I’m just crazy enough to try and just smart enough to be mindful along the way. Speaking of, here’s my latest venture. For those of you that support me and love what I do, this is for you. Whether you’re a client, a fan, family, or a friend, I hope you like this product as much as I do. I’ll be repping it every day for the rest of the summer, I know that for sure.

Change can be scary and unpredictable. The things that we fear the most are often the same things that we need to do or work on. The weight you’ve wanted to lose, those workouts you’ve been trying to get to, that goal you’ve been working on, or whatever else is scary right now. These are the exact areas we need to pay attention to.

If you’re anything like me, the weekends exist as a chance to take a deep breath after a long week. This may include seeing friends or doing those things that I was too busy to do Monday through Friday. Despite this, I have been making my weekends "true weekends" and I've felt unfocused. With this, I’ve noticed the absence of my goals and passions that I apply myself to tirelessly during the week.
